Half Time Etiquette
·During half- time the home team cheerleading squad should go over to the opposing teams sideline, cheer and invite the cheerleaders of that team to the Home teams sideline to perform.
Half time is short, so please only use 3-mins.
Then allow the other team to use their 3-mins.
Coaches please meet and welcome other team coaches.
Please coordinate with the other teams coach to be clear as to procedure.
Keep in mind some coaches are new to this and try to be supportive.
When you are the home team coach please share the rules of your field with the visiting team.
Be polite to the other team when it is their turn to cheer during half time.
Please remember that we are all here to support the children.
